Windmark Beach
Please familiarize yourself with these rules and regulations. Violation of these rules could result in arrest, fines, termination of your rental contract with no refund.
Minimum Age: Driver must be at least 16 accompanied by a licensed driver over 21 years old.
Where You Can Drive: In Windmark Beach, golf carts are allowed on community streets with speed limits of 35 MPH or less.
When You Can Drive: Daylight hours – Sunrise to sunset – unless equipped with our standard lighting package.
No-Go Zones: Golf carts are not allowed on any part of the beach. Golf carts are prohibited on Highway 98 and Cape San Blas Road, which have higher speed limits. It is illegal to drive a golf cart on sidewalks or bike paths.
Laws Apply: Same rules as cars (no drinking & driving, use signals, obey stop signs)
