Please familiarize yourself with these rules and regulations. Violation of these rules could result in arrest, fines, termination of your rental contract with no refund.

Minimum Age: Driver must be at least 16 with a valid driver’s license.
Where You Can Drive: Explore city streets, parks, and scenic routes via public roads where the posted speed limit is 35 mph or lower.
When You Can Drive: Daylight hours – Sunrise to sunset – unless equipped with our standard lighting package
No-Go Zones: Golf carts are prohibited on sidewalks and US Highway 98.
Laws Apply: Same rules as cars (no drinking & driving, use signals, obey stop signs)

Mexico Beach

Golf carts are not permitted on Mexico Beach or its beach accesses.

No, you may not cross or drive on Hwy 98, or drive on any road where the posted speed limit is above 30 mph.

No, golf carts are prohibited on sidewalks in the Mexico Beach area.

We deliver your golf cart rental directly to the destination you specify during the Reservation process.
