No, you cannot drive a golf cart from Apalachicola to St. George Island because they are not permitted on the Bryan Patton Memorial Bridge, and driving one on the mainland to the bridge is not recommended or permitted by law. You can, however, drive a golf cart on St. George Island itself, on most county roads, with some exceptions. You can also take a rental car or your own vehicle to cross the bridge, then switch to a golf cart on the island.
