Cape San Blas

Minimum Age: 21 with a valid driver’s license.

Where You Can Drive: Miles of the golf cart friendly beaches by accessing 1 of the 3 Gulf County Beach Driving Access Points. Also allowed in the State Park for those camping or wanting to explore the park for the day! Otherwise, designated driving areas are very limited on Cape San Blas.

No-Go Zones: May not access beach from anywhere other than designated access points, all other areas are private property, and you’ll be subject to trespassing. May not drive on Cape San Blas Road (SR-30E) and may not drive on sidewalks/bike paths. While on beach, must stay off dunes, stay out of water and must stay seaward of all beach signs and numbered posts.

Pro tips:

    1. Not all vacation rentals have beach driving accessibility.

    2. Call prior to reserving to confirm as Cape San Blas has very limited access

Driving Hours: No restrictions with our headlight-equipped golf carts – otherwise sunrise to sunset.

Laws Apply: Same rules as cars (headlights on at night, no drinking & driving, use signals, obey stop signs)g.

Cape San Blas

We deliver your golf cart directly to the address you specify during the online Reservation process. To any address within our designated driving areas! Delivery is guaranteed by 4 PM on the day of your scheduled check-in. Pickup is no later than 9 AM on the day of your scheduled check-out. You are not required to be present for delivery or pickup. If our delivery/pickup schedule does not work for your party, just give us a call and we can work to make other arrangements.

No, you cannot drive the golf cart out of the designated driving area as indicated on the map, including driving to Indian Pass. Driving a golf cart on SR-30E is not permitted by law and there is currently no legal way to drive the beach all the way from Cape San Blas to Indian Pass.
