Cape San Blas

Please familiarize yourself with these rules and regulations. Violation of these rules could result in arrest, fines, termination of your rental contract with no refund.

Minimum Age: Driver must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.
Where You Can Drive: On the beach and on neighborhood roads with Speed Limits 35 MPH or less.
When You Can Drive: Daylight hours – Sunrise to sunset – unless equipped with our standard lighting package.
No-Go Zones: Golf carts are not allowed on Cape San Blas Road (SR-30E) or the Loggerhead bike path because the speed limit is 45 mph, which is too high for golf carts. However, they are permitted on local streets with a speed limit of 35 mph or less.
Laws Apply: Same rules as cars (no drinking & driving, use signals, obey stop signs).

Cape San Blas

No golf carts on Cape San Blas Road (SR-30E) or Loggerhead Bike Path: The speed limit on Cape San Blas Road is 45 mph, so golf carts are prohibited.
Golf carts are not permitted on sidewalks.
